You won’t find him hiding behind a desk; he’s out there on-site, boots on the ground, leading the charge. He is deeply dedicated to maintaining rigorous standards and personally mentoring the next generation of scaffolders to ensure the craft is preserved and the job is done right every time.
Tom is the strategic engine. While AJ ensures our projects are flawless, Tom focuses on growing PADS Group from alternative angles. With an entrepreneurial background in building professional, client-focused businesses, Tom ensures the "business" side of your project is as sturdy as the scaffold itself. He’s dedicated to professionalising the industry, ensuring clear communication, transparent pricing, and a level of reliability that is all too rare in this trade.
